Senior Creative

Creative & Commercial
(2024 - Present)

As the Senior Creative at C&C I’m responsible for the design and creative-thinking elements of our clients brand strategy, advertising, design, brand identity, digital marketing, direct marketing, social media, content creation & brand experience. I work across a range of industries, from international charity and aid organisations to political campaigns and parliamentary commissions, as well as more local projects for schools, universities, and commercial clients. My role often includes print and digital design, brand development, brand refreshes & audits, 360 campaigns across traditional and social media platforms, presentation design and a variety of decks and infographics. I collaborate with in-house and freelance designers and work directly with clients, account managers and the managing director.

Digital & Graphic Designer

The Springboard Charity
(2021-2024)

At Springboard, I was responsible for brand guardianship,
development of branding and visual content, and the design of all
branded collateral such as flyers, banners, business cards, funding
bids, video content, social media content, and deliverables for
charity events. I ensured their websites and jobs board were up-to-
date and oversaw the relationship with print suppliers and the
sourcing and delivery of bespoke designed products. I created
stage dressing, AV materials, apparel, and even trophies.

Senior & Associate Lecturer

The University of Lincoln:
Design School (2018 - 2021)

Senior Lecturer: As the Lead for the Contextual Studies Module
on the Creative Advertising program at The University of Lincoln,
I planned and delivered design theory content, with a focus on
creativity and graphic design, I was responsible for the teaching,
organisation, and assessment of 90 students and would supervise
30+ dissertations a year. I also chaired the ‘Creativity and Innovation
across Cultures and Domains’ panel at EC3 (The European
Collaborative Creativity Conference) in 2019, where I presented
research titled ‘Ethnography as a Creativity Research Method’.

 

Associate Lecturer: As an Associate Lecturer in the School of
Design at the University of Lincoln, I assisted in planning, designing,
teaching, delivering, marking, and presenting feedback to students
in numerous programs, including BA Creative Advertising, BA
Graphic Design, BA Product Design, and MA Design.

Junior Graphic Designer

Mintel Group Ltd.
(2017 - 2018)

At Mintel, I created info-graphics, vector illustrations, artwork,
and imagery for Market Research reports, articles, and insights. I
also copy-edited, formatted, and published the same documents,
requiring great attention to detail, experience across publishing
formats and platforms, and an ability to use creativity under tight
deadlines and pressure.

Junior Graphic Designer

At White Triangle, I worked on brand identity, promotional
content, social media advertising, and web content for a variety
of local London companies, veterinary and dental equipment
manufacturers, and medical conferences. Bringing clients’ ideas
to life and creating visual content in both creative and corporate
environments.

(2016 - 2017)

Graphic Design Intern

At Underground Shoes, I designed their 2015 London Fashion Week
Showroom and store-front, produced concepts for their shoe
personalisation app, and designed content for their collaborative
projects with brands such as Ambush, Mugler, Luella, and Lazy Oaf. I
also poduced graphics for their website and social media accounts,
reaching over 100,000 followers.
